Carl Moomoonster started being dad’s vyinil’s digger. Punk, pop, Disco, Techno… an attractive unalike collection which helped Carl to play, and try to mix genres in his home sets. It was in 2000 when he started his DJ career. He was a Deejaymania journalist, too, with come reviews for big names like Justice, Tiga, 2Many Djs, Dj Hell, etc. His eclectic sets are founded on disco, funk and this place between rock and techno. He’s played inclubs such as Danceteria (Slow/Barcelona), The Warehouse, Pacha, Charada (Madrid) or Nylon Club (Valencia).
No, he’s producing refined disco music really focused on the dancefloor, so it will be difficult to resist to dance when it sounds at the club!
Ecstasy in Slow Motion is not a classic disco track, it’s definitely a dancefloor killer. Arpeggios, frenetic kick-snare, and melodic lines which make you hum all day long.
If it’s not enough for you, we offer a really wide remixes pack. First, Richard Rossa (the swedish disco prince) joins the track making a more organic remix (look at that guitar, DAMN!). The big Italo Brutalo, spins it a bit and makes the original become a really Italo and, of course, brutal-o remix. Finally, from Valladolid, the spanish duo Disko Selectors go slow and make a 105bpms delightful remix.
